...shooting TCU vs. Air Force today I have realized that my 15 year old 70-200 2.8 is still pretty good! After shooting in a dark gym last night and dealing with slow focus, blur and other crap....I have learned (more or less been reminded) you can't get great images when it's dark! Daniel-Meyer Coliseum is REALLY bright....1600 iso, 1000 shutter speed and 2.8. So instead of a new 80-200 I thinks going to be a prime...85/1.8 or 100/2....let the shopping begin.
